DNSCaptain is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to help organizations monitor, manage, and maintain their DNS records effectively. Our service includes DNS monitoring, record change detection, domain expiration alerts, and comprehensive DNS health reporting tools.

Authorized Use

Users are authorized to:

• Monitor and manage DNS records for domains they own or manage
• Add team members to their organization account
• Access DNS monitoring and reporting tools
• Receive notifications about DNS changes and domain status

Data Protection

We handle your DNS data with utmost care:

• We only store necessary DNS record data
• Sensitive DNS configurations remain on your systems
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• You retain full ownership of your DNS data

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Monitoring domains without proper authorization
• Using our service for malicious purposes

Consequence: Violations will result in immediate account termination.
